Matthew Howe
Chief Credit Officer
Matthew (Matt) Howe, Chief Credit Officer is based in the Lake Elmo, MN office. Matt has been in commercial lending since 1998. During his career, he has held various positions in A/R finance, factoring, asset based lending, and commercial banking. Before joining Amerisource in April 2024, Matthew was the co-founder of Bell Business Credit, the asset-based lending division of Bell Bank where he oversaw operations and credit. His credit and relationship management experience includes 3 years with UMB Capital Finance and nearly 18 years with Wells Fargo in both the Minneapolis and Denver markets. Matt has a degree in Accounting from Winona State University and an MBA from Augsburg University.

Alicia Adelman
HR Manager
Alicia Adelman graduated from the University of Montana with a BBA in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. Upon graduating, she was employed as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Best Western KwaTaqNuk Resort in Polson, Montana. Subsequently, Alicia decided to pursue a career in staffing because she found that her real passion was helping people, and what better way to help people than to help them land their dream job. Transitioning from staffing to Human Resources was a natural career shift. Since 2016, she has been the Human Resources Manager at Amerisource Business Capital.

Bill Herrington
Executive Vice President
Bill was a commercial banker for over 30 years with Hibernia National Bank in New Orleans and Capital One in Houston. He managed many industries in his banking career, including energy services, maritime, retail, gaming, and U.S. corporate. In 2018, Bill joined Amerisource and in 2021 co-founded the Amerisource Secured Income Fund, where he is a general partner. Amerisource has diversified into the private equity space and has recently established the Amerisource Opportunity Fund, which will support independent sponsor equity investors. Bill earned his B.S. and Masters in Finance from LSU and completed the General Manager Program at Harvard Business School.

General Counsel
Joe Page serves the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Amerisource. He has over 20 years of Legal and management experience. Joe has served as a Director, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel to domestic and multi-national companies.
Joe is married with two children. In his spare time Joe enjoys travelling and charity work.

Kendra Wilson
Executive Vice President
Kendra Wilson started her career in Commercial Lending over 22 years ago with Comdata Financial Services. In 2001 she joined Amerisource as their Credit Manager and later became Vice President. She is responsible for over 30 team members and a portfolio in excess of $120MM.
Kendra graduated from UT Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Jason Floyd
Managing Partner
Jason Floyd serves as one of the Managing Partners of Amerisource Funding, Inc. He founded Amerisource in 1984 with a $10,000 loan from his parents. Jason has gained extensive experience in all forms of Asset Based Lending and takes a special interest in assisting entrepreneurs and employees in the achievement of their goals.
Prior to founding Amerisource Funding in 1984, Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University in 1982.

Michael Monk
Managing Partner
Michael Monk has been the Managing Partner of Amerisource Funding since 1998. He has over 25 years of experience including senior leadership roles covering virtually all aspects of the commercial finance field, including credit, underwriting, legal, compliance, operations management, portfolio risk management, development, origination, marketing and public relations. Prior to joining Amerisource, he had a career in commercial finance with Team Bank and Bank One (both predecessors to JPMorgan Chase), as well as Riviera Finance.

Nolan Aurelia
Market Manager
Nolan brings over six and a half years of CPG sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry to his role at Amerisource. Leveraging his background in relationship building and strategic growth, he is dedicated to helping businesses across the Northeast access tailored financing solutions that support long-term success. Although new to the industry, Nolan gained early exposure to his current role through a prior internship at Summit Financial Resources. Based in Stamford, CT, he is an active member of the New York City chapters of TMA, ACG, and SFNet.

Klent Selz
Market Manager
Klent joined Amerisource Business Capital in 2025 as a member of the portfolio management team. He brings extensive experience in commercial construction and industrial operations, where he led teams across the Southern United States in project management and strategic restructuring roles. He holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of North Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. Klent also holds FINRA Series 63 and Series 22 licenses, as well as real estate sales licenses in Texas and Oklahoma. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, he leads Amerisource’s regional efforts and is active in the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisition Advisors, Turnaround Management Association, SFNet, Association for Corporate Growth, Risk Management Association, and the Texas Bankers Association.

Matthew Brice
Credit Officer
Matt Brice brings more than 13 years of commercial banking experience to Amerisource, with extensive expertise in energy lending across the exploration and production (E&P), midstream, and oilfield services sectors. His background also includes significant experience in special assets and workout situations.
Prior to joining Amerisource in 2023, Matt spent more than a decade with Capital One’s Energy Banking group, where he served as an underwriter beginning in 2011. During his tenure, he navigated multiple energy market cycles, developing deep expertise in credit analysis, risk management, and structuring financing solutions for companies across the energy industry. Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Houston. He also proudly served four years in the United States Navy.Email:

Collin Mackie
Regional Market Manager
Collin Mackie has over 16 years of experience in commercial finance. Prior to joining Amerisource Business Capital, he spent 7 years as a partner and National Sales Director at a South Carolina commercial finance company. In 2000, he played a pivotal role as a founding team member of a start-up bank, which capped an 18-year career in commercial banking. Based in Greenville, SC, he is active in the TMA, SFNet, and the ACG.

Grant Flamang
Regional Market Manager
Grant is an experienced business development professional with over 10 years in the finance industry. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, he specializes in helping small and middle-market businesses grow across the Midwest and Intermountain West. After graduating from the University of Utah, Grant began his career in the back office before transitioning into business development. His expertise spans strategic growth, financial management, and relationship-building, which he has honed through roles at Summit Financial Resources, Breakout Finance, and through industry groups like ACG, SFNet, and TMA.

Jeff Dunbar
Regional Market Manager
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in commercial finance, with the past 15 years dedicated to providing Asset-Based Lending solutions to small and middle-market businesses nationwide. He is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) across Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Throughout his career, Jeff has worked closely with numerous non-bank lenders, gaining a deep understanding of diverse financial strategies. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, he has extensive expertise in markets throughout the Midwest.

Lori Lemuel
Business Development Manager Corporate Headquarters
Lori Lemuel has been with Amerisource Business Capital since August 2000. She initially joined as an Assistant Business Development Officer, quickly establishing her portfolio of businesses. In 2002, she was promoted to Business Development Officer. Prior to her time at Amerisource, Lori worked as a Financial Advisor for Government employees and their families at American National Insurance Company. She also spent nine years as a Purchasing Agent for National Convenience Stores, later acquired by Valero.

Allison Billings
Regional Market Manager Corporate Headquarters
Allison joined Amerisource in 2007 and has held positions in credit, underwriting, client services and business development over the years. Allison is responsible for managing the Company’s extensive referral network and originating new asset based lending opportunities. Allison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Certificate in International Business from Texas A&M University and holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. She is an active member of SFNet, Association for Corporate Growth, and Turnaround Management Association. In her free time, Allison likes to run and go boating and fishing with her husband and two children.
